1. Shipping Information

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Australia: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday)


2. Order Processing

Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped as soon as possible.
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.


3. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, courier backlogs, or external factors beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected period, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us.
Should your package still be missing after that, reach out to our support team at support@noosalabel.com, and we will investigate with the carrier.


4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@noosalabel.com.
Once order processing has begun or your shipment has been dispatched, cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.


5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us right away at support@noosalabel.com.
Include photos and your order number for faster resolution.
We will ensure you receive a full refund or a replacement product as appropriate.
