At Noosa Label, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you experience an issue with your order, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
We do not require physical returns — refunds are processed digitally to your original payment method.

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.

We do not offer refunds for:

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for a refund, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Orders reported after the 30-day period

Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or does not match its description — regardless of sale status.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Include photos of the product and your order number for faster processing.
We will review your claim and, once confirmed, issue a full refund without requiring a return.


6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
No handling or restocking fees apply.


7. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
All refunds are processed directly to your original payment method — no items need to be shipped back to us.
